Aputure Announces Newest Member of STORM x Series With STORM 400x Fixture

Kicking off a host of announcements, Aputure has announced the newest member of its Aputure STORM x series. The STORM 400x is set to feature Aputure’s BLAIR light engine, which delivers tunable white light quality with a wide 2500K-10,000K CCT range as well as an impressive CCT and full ASC MITC range +/- Green adjustment. Similar to past models in the STORM family, the STORM 400x is set to share the same build and functionality, including extreme low-end dimming, IP65 rating, professional connectivity, and the ProLock Locking Bowens Mount for securely attaching modifiers with perfect optical alignment.Let’s look at the new Aputure STORM 400x.The New Aputure STORM 400xPowered by the BLAIR engine, the STORM 400x is capable of outputting saturated colors across more than 70% of the Rec.2020 color space, controllable in Limited HSIC+ and x,y modes.
