    I saw this about 2 years ago, This is a very difficult technical aproach to animation. Its draw over glass and constantly replacing or using the wet oil paint as part of the fluidity of movement. it has back ilumination.

    Incredible piece of art, each frame is literally a painting.

    As a animation fan (love Yuri norstein's work particularly fox & rabbit,hedgehog in the fog) and failed animator (not enough free time anymore) I missed this Petrov gem. Russian animators are unrivalled in dedication and their artistry. Thanks for this VK!
