SIGMA released 3D models of their new SIGMA fp camera and its accessories. The models are downloadable in STEP format for free. Creators all over the world are therefore encouraged to design their own accessories for SIGMA’s upcoming full-frame mirrorless camera. SIGMA fp 3D models available for free download SIGMA fp is a new compact full-frame L-mount mirrorless camera, which is supposed to be released in Q4 2019. One of the most impressive features of this tiny camera is the ability to record 4K UHD video in the Cinema DNG RAW format internally. SIGMA first announced the camera in July 2019 and my colleague Johnnie attended the launch event in Japan – our article with a short video (menu walkthrough) can be found here. Our team also met with Yamaki-San from SIGMA during IBC 2019 and we received more information about the current status of the SIGMA fp camera (article with video interview available here).
