I received a report from a US retailer that Nikon is currently in the process of buying back/pulling out all of the KeyMission products including accessories. I am not sure what is the reason behind the buyback and whether this is a nationwide initiative or just an isolated incident, but I will not be surprised if the Nikon KeyMission product line is already dead and a fire sale is coming soon. Nikon KeyMission already had a big price drop in Europe (almost 50% off). In the US, only the Nikon KeyMission 170 is currently $53 (13%) off, all other models are still sold at full MSRP. Nikon recently released a firmware update for the KeyMission 360 camera.
