Unmanageable complexity 2
  • So, I'll be explaining step by step necessary changes to the systems. It'll be long shot.

    Bank system

    1. Total elimination of all private banks.
    2. Elimination of central bank in it's current form.
    3. Forming of central finanancial institution under direct goverment supervision.
    4. Total ban on cash. Each firm or individual will be allowed to have exactly one account in CFI.
    5. Total reform of tax system (explained in next posts)
    6. Total reform of accounts and deposites specifically (explained in next posts).
    7. No more you could "invest" money in financial instruments or get any percents from the bank.
    8. Big changes in bank transfer system taking transfer costs and time back to reality. Transfer fees won't be connected to transfer amount.
    9. Special mode for micropayments, with transfer costs in 0.001 cent range.
    10. Total reform on credit system (explained in next posts)

    Insurance and medical insurance systems

    1. Total elimination of all private insurers.
    2. Ban on usage of international reinsurers.
    3. CFI will have special department for this task.
    4. Huge reduction of insurance schemes usage in medicine.
    5. Total ban on affilate schemes in medicine.

    Mass media

    1. Restriction on private mass media. Private mass media no longer can be present in certain sectors.
    2. Foreign entertainment contents advertising and mass distribution restriction. Each 6 months restriction will be made tighter.
    3. Foreign research and manufacturing joint programs. Each 6 months number of joint programs double.
    4. Introduction of internet firewall. Yes, similar to China one :-)
    5. Total ban on all private social networks and search engines. Yes, I mean Facebook and Google too. Goverment backed search engine and social network will be made based on nationalised existing solutions.

It is very small part. I'll start explaining reasons and adding stuff in next series.
    Feel free to ask questions.

Makes for a refreshing read. Looking forward to more.

  • Private sector is out of control but big governments don't have great track records either so I'm sure no matter how pure the intentions it would get corrupted.

  • Private sector is out of control but big governments don't have great track records either so I'm sure no matter how pure the intentions it would get corrupted.

Do not worry, I'll get into this.

Plus argument has big logic flaws, as I personally saw goverment with "bad track record" stage, criminals stage, and later private sector stage. You'll be going in reverse, buit it won't make them better :-)

  • Btw, four principles lie in foundation of all things I wrote:

    • Stop wasting people's time
    • Stop wasting energy
    • Stop wasting money
    • Stop wasting resources
  • That governments could solve mess created by misuse of existing systems by private sector is debatable. Only autocratic governments can achieve this provided they are the embodiment of all virtues and no vices :) No such autocracy exist. All democracies are bound be misused one way or the other.

As an aside, I would like to see abolishing of all trading and selling in futures. It is ridiculous you can sell and trade things you don't own at a fraction of the total ownership cost. Also lending by banks multiple times the assets they have etc.

  • All democracies are bound be misused one way or the other.

Btw thing that we understand under democracy is highly perverted and have no relaton to the original meaning of this word.

We usually refer to it meaning specific election rules and procedures with sole goal to exclude people from making any influence, freedom of speech(tm) - highly dangerous weapon that have nothing in common with real freedom, human rights(r) - even worse thing that have no relation to rights, and free market - rare spherical bird living only in vaccum, used mostly as argument to destroy any companies that compete with you in their countries.

As an aside, I would like to see abolishing of all trading and selling in futures. It is ridiculous you can sell and trade things you don't own at a fraction of the total ownership cost. Also lending by banks multiple times the assets they have etc

    It won't help :-)

  • Btw one of very interesting tools used by elites is ... prices for houses.
Not only houses, of course, but things that is absolutely required and things you can not live without. Even more interesting is that elites had been forced to use this tools to keep credit growth. You get the house, price rises, under this presumption you get new credit. Easy and working approach.
Some idiots even started declaring that bankers had been wrong providing real estate credits to people who never will be able to return it. Guys, no one ever expected them to pay, but elites been buying more time so this guys could get even more credits to buy stuff for their houses. Of course, later they'll be confiscated. Stuff included.

Without completely dismanting this collar it is impossible to move in the right direction.

  • I like your thoughts about this. It is a radical approach, something that really should be discussed.

I think your plan would be great if all governments would be good people.

So, if a government gets voted by the people, and later turns out to be bad, that government will be given tremendous tools to manipulate and stay in charge for a long period of time. Can you explain how this could be prevented?

Your plan relies on good, responsible governments, something I don't have too much faith in :)

But overall I like such radical approaches and I think they are needed.

  • Your plan relies on good, responsible governments, something I don't have too much faith in :)

Nope. Just wait. I'll explain how to deal with this. Model do not have any such assumptions.

  • Should that be applied for one nation or should the world to be one nation....

  • Should that be applied for one nation or should the world to be one nation....

This is model to one country. Toward the end of the series of posts I'll tell something about globalization and other things. And that countries are really suitable for such thing.

  • @Vitaltiy_Kiselev

If approach would like to be taken seriously then you must be more specific. Your ideas are to global to be taken for possible. With all respect. I think your model can not approach, even really sustain in the real state of complexity that new living standards at developed or undeveloped 5 million up citizens CITIES have right now.

    Bank system

Total elimination of all private banks.

(this can be done, but, who will manage its resources??... the state...so the state has more power, then it ends on corruption. Every time a human being catches on something that has more value than its real one, creates CORRUPTION, cos this something can transform in time "retaining the value" of materials, food, or work, by giving wages, though being corrupted by its original value. Its not longer a pair system in equilibrium )

Elimination of central bank in its current form.

( this is only an OBLIGATORY STEP, so this is an axiom i presume)

Forming of central financial institution under direct government supervision.

( A must, but the question rises again from first idea,.... who will direct and supervise this?.... Financial institution without money... then what is the currency???.....?? )

Total ban on cash. Each firm or individual will be allowed to have exactly one account in CFI.

Ban cash on what current state of banks if money is not allowed...OK CREDITS...like games, you gane experience, stamina, power, dexterity... ok then if no money then the effort you make for making a better life goes....to...??? wait every one gets the same...comunis...socialis...ejem)

Total reform of tax system (explained in next posts)

Obligatory step if one state, government, enterprise, person, must rule. Then resources of different kinds must be also controlled so a controlled INCOME TO state, government enterprise, person, in form of taxes ( an standard currency for state make by powerful system) assure the sustainability of this. So... the difference from now is..?

Total reform of accounts and deposits specifically (explained in next posts).

There is no money as it is banned. Then, accounts function as... a credit by...work account?... credit by meter of land?...credit by hour of work...but wait every one have the same!!!....in what is your job assured??...i assume if i work for the state WATER COMPANY my work has intrinsically more value that just selling candy. I help to give more people what is more necessary than anything. So my job is more important i help give water. I value more, i must earn more?...then i work less, but value more????? CORRUPTED. What is the sole value on work? what is your money/credit no money approach in income per capita. Please don’t even bother to approach socialistic measures as in time has not worked out at all in different countries, as it is an STATIC approach that cant be sustained. People, places, art, money, all changes. The same ideas in different times JUST WONT WORK.

No more you could "invest" money in financial instruments or get any percent’s from the bank. ( axiom )

Big changes in bank transfer system taking transfer costs and time back to reality. Transfer fees won't be connected to transfer amount.

This is important, but wait there is no money, and...men money is digital in this system, even if its not called that way. The if its not ,.. what you transfer, digital banana?...lol.

Special mode for micropayments, with transfer costs in 0.001 cent range.

    good idea

Total reform on credit system (explained in next posts) please explain, but aproach will be prone too being corrupted. If not explain measures to control it.

    Insurance and medical insurance systems

Total elimination of all private insurers.

Grate, now what is insurable?...what is not. Bad idea, as insurance was made to cover eventually anything by paying a fee.

Ban on usage of international reinsurers.

Please vitaliy, who will then cover the disasters that have a little as one person guilt as.. maybe a fire. I start a fire in my work.. work in big company...3000 workers work there...fully covered. My incident make 3000 people have no work for 3 months on. If factory don’t make full system production will not have credits to pay for workers...the state in a "state of insurance" came an pay the workers.--but in time.. who pays the state for my little accident??? me in time...but state has more problems than that...more VALUE to cover for MORE POEPLE. I have hard time assuming this.

CFI will have special department for this task.

Huge reduction of insurance schemes usage in medicine.

Total ban on affiliate schemes in medicine.

Mass media .... all your proposed rules are bullshit, as it approaches no freedom of speech. Controlled media is the beginning of all Socialistic systems.

As you can see mass media social network is an important gathering of information for state. Making more possible to control a complex system. What are you thinking vitaliy..?? Are you in the 60´s cuba?

It is very small part. I'll start explaining reasons and adding stuff in next series. Feel free to ask questions.

    Thanks. Questions allready asked.

  • @endotoxic

First, stop using code formatting for citations.

Second, I specifically asked to wait for details.

Third, level of your comments is extremely low.

as it approaches no freedom of speech. Controlled media is the beginning of all Socialistic systems.

We do not talk on such level here.

  • Its not low its BASIC, as i cant aproach more leves as i dont have more data. Its just my personal-view.

  • Its not low its BASIC, as i cant aproach more leves as i dont have more data.

It is low, as "basic" word do not stick here totally.

Generally all your text can be shortened dramatically.
All goverments are always corrupt, we need freedom of speech(tm) and all our media are not controlled. Ouch, and proper insurance system can't work despite that all centralised insuring systems are showed as highly effective. All points are false, completely.

Starting from series 3 and up that will contain progressively more explanations I'll turn extremely hard moderation in the topics. I am absolutely welcome critics, but not declarations.

  • What is CFI? I found many meanings in wikipedia but no one seems to be what intended here.

  • "Unmanageable complexity" doesn't make sense. If it is truly unmanageable, it should have been collapsed already. This should be just "Monstrous complexity" because core of the issue is "monstrous complexty" per se.

  • If it is truly unmanageable, it should have been collapsed already.

LOL. Big logic flaw. It is collapsing just now :-)

  • All points are false, completely.

I am absolutely welcome critics, but not declarations.

If you're going to say that, then you're obligated to prove how and why if you want credibility. Otherwise you too are making declarations -- and they're not persuasive.

Most of us here would genuinely appreciate it if you'd support some of your claims. Something is not made false just because you say it's false.

  • @Vitaltiy_Kiselev "Btw thing that we understand under democracy is highly perverted and have no relaton to the original meaning of this word. Honestly I do not care what the original meaning of democracy. If no democracy exist that follows intended functions a democracy, then for all practical purposes Democracy as envisaged do not exist. You may call the current version of democracy by some other name or just call the ideal version of democracy Utopian Democracy; one thing that is certain is the the Utopian version will never come into force. So why bother?

  • So why bother?

I really do not understand your point. It is all good words, but with no real meaning. If something is completelly fucked, why bother? I'll tell ya - it is shitty position.

  • @Vitaltiy_Kiselev

My point was that all democracies are bound to be misused and thus abolishing the private sector in favor of government to sort out the mess created by private sector will only work, if the government in question is a well meaning autocracy. Democracies cannot achieve what you outlined in the first post. Your contention, or rather my understanding of what you wrote, pointed out that democracies are not what they should be. I was just pointing out that if no democracy exist that follows the definition of what a democracy should be, then what is the point in alluding to a Utopian version of democracy? I was also expressing my doubt such a democracy will ever come into existence. 'Why bother?' may not have been the right way to end that argument though.

  • I was just pointing out that if no democracy exist that follows the definition of what a democracy should be, then what is the point in alluding to a Utopian version of democracy?

Point is in making some model that has certain advantages. Current "democracy" with all institutions did not existed 200 years ago, yet long time ago many smart men proposed things that fuck you every day now in all available holes.

  • I see a few ideas here worth trying. especially in the bank sector and insurance.

on the other hand, growing a centralized govt. is the wrong way to go. unless you mean growing it by decentralizing it and leaving it to slightly larger local municipalities to manage local problems and needs locally.

the closer to self govt. we are, with local experimentation, success and failures,.. the more flexible we'll be and the less chance for major catastrophe that only large centralized power can create.

  • on the other hand, growing a centralized govt. is the wrong way to go. unless you mean growing it by decentralizing it and leaving it to slightly larger local municipalities to manage local problems and needs locally.

No, I do not mean "growing it by decentralizing it and leaving it to slightly larger local municipalities". And no, it is not " wrong way to go". It is just another model, it is not wrong or right. Each approach has advantages and disadvantages. You can't proclaim some approach as "wrong one".
