Translate FAQs in other languages

@Vitaliy_Kiselev I think it would be nice to have the FAQs translated in other languages. If we provide you with the translation files, could you add small flags corresponding to the other languages ? I would take care of french, I'm sure other members will do the same for their language, we could use this post to list the on-going translations to avoid people doing the same work.
