Is GH2 cinema mode 24 or 23.976 fps?

Just a quick question regarding the 24 fps mode on GH2. Is it 24 fps, or 23,976 fps? Just wondering, for setting up settings correctly in Premiere when editing.

@Vitaliy_Kiselev Online documentation refer to 24fps, but I couldn't find the 23.xxx term. After I posted I realised I used wrong digits in 23.xxx term when I did search for the answer upfront, and that's why I didn't find a good answer (I corrected to correct number in the post later). Intention for this topic was to clarify a simple question, that could help others in same situation. Feel free to delete topic.
