ive been looking to get a decent one , lookin for one under $200 , any recommendations?

get one with XLR cable and get the irig pre?

If you want one with XLR and phantom powered - look at MXL shotguns.

RODE VideoMic PRO (with Micover wind jammer) - A quite nice universal mic.
(Also usable as overhead / on a boom pole if you´re handling it not too rough ^^.) -
