I think that the screen size is too small to make a big difference...
Even much smaller screens make big difference. And note screen is pretty close.
I just think if you can discern more details in a 17" 4k display, compared to a 17" 1080p display. I think that the screen size is too small to make a big difference...
The rest of the specs looks good.
@igorek7 Thanks.
@Vitaliy_Kiselev I have a 17" note now - for me it's really perfect size for mobile editing station. That and hard drive fit in bag nicely enough. Any bigger is too much. But this 15" Acer looks good - good find for portable 4K screen mobile editing. Thanks.
17" notes are different thing :-) And I am not sure that 17" 4K panels even exists now.
@matt_gh2 I am typing this on my Acer Aspire V3-771G with 17.3-inch 1920x1080 LCD, which I have for less than 2 years. So far it works well. The only thing I am not very fond of is a chiclet keyboard, but it seems to be inevitable these days.
I personally would wait till Acer releases a laptop with 17.3" 4K screen, or get FullHD Acer Aspire V17 Nitro http://www.notebookcheck.net/Acer-Aspire-V17-Nitro-VN7-791G-759Q-Notebook-Review.126701.0.html
Yeah, specs look good. Anyone know how reliable Acer is?
I think I'm interested!
Is this machine only available in USA or worldwide?
I think you need to look around :-) Most probably you can get it worldwide but price and configs will differ.
US prices are usually best.
