Look at the size of the EVF ocular patch!!!
Top layout and dual dials photographer's wet dream :P (clever and simple implementation of meter and shooting mode), rest of ext controls looks as it should, just enough buttons, hopefully function assignable. I.e. 1 AE-L, 1 AF-L and 1 AF-assist (probably also foc-on customisable). Dual SD, Weather sealed, Tils screen, 8fps. Fuji Photogs and X system adopters must be happy, je je. If 1800$ with a state of the art viewfinder they're gonna sell like donuts
I wrote to them a while back suggesting they improve the video side of things. It seems like they take those kind of responses seriously as I got a personal reply, thanking me for all the input, saying it had been forwarded to headquarters in Japan.. e.t.c.
Now, not saying it will happen in an instant but they do have a track record of listening to their users. Even decent video capabilities would make any of their cams a very interesting option (for some film projects) and perfect walk around cams. Stills side of things needs very little improvement IMO.
I like, another great camera from Fuji, that it is sure, as is sure will be very expensive.
Yeah, it's a dedicated rec button. But it is a Fuji, don't have high hopes about a good video mode.
Fingers crossed for decent video implementation.. looks like a dedicated rec button?
they did go full retro in this
