Working with presets - Colorista (how to control the procent?)

    I was wondering if there is a way that I could control the procent that preset effects certain shots, like 50%, 60% and so on? Since many of them are quite extreme at 100% and affect image too much for my taste. I would do it all my self but I currently don't have time to learn software like DaVinci resolve and similar.

    Put the effect on an adjustment layer and then adjust the opacity of the layer. Less opacity equals less strength.

    Is it the same for magic bullet looks? Does it work in premiere cs5, can you adjust the strength of the preset? Cheers

    I think Premiere only got adjustment layers in CS6. They've always been in AE though.

    Yea only premiere CS6 has the adjustment layers!
