Finishing in NTSC

    I am in PAL land and will be shooting a music clip shortly.
    The band has asked me to make NTSC versions of the clip for promoting themselves in the USA.

    I have done tests working with Media Composer/Quicktime/Sorenson and have a succesful workflow for converting framerates preserving lengths.

    Could some experienced USA operators advise me what specifications I should convert the clips to, to have the best chance of them having the correct file for broadcast when they are over there?

    I am thinking I should give them both SD and HD at 59.97, on a DVD and a Blueray respectively.
    Would that cover most requests from stations/broadcasters.
