The ZEISS Cinema Americas Spotlights Film Festival Week 2022 is a free virtual event full of interesting content. It starts today at 12 pm PST (3 pm EST) with the cinematographer’s roundtable and continues on Tuesday, January 25, with the discussion with Matthew Chuang, ACS. By now it already seems that actual physical events are a relic from the past century. No, I am just joking. Hopefully, we will be back to real events soon. In the meantime, we have to make use of virtual events, which in my opinion won’t ever disappear again either. I think in the post-covid time, virtual and physical events will co-exist, making use of whatever is more convenient. Anyway, starting today ZEISS is hosting a free virtual film festival week as a supporting event for the Park City Sundance Festival (check our 2020 recap) and the first event on the schedule is a cinematographer’s roundtable.
