The New 6K LUMIX BS1H Helps Filmmakers Think Outside the Box

It’s the LUMIX S1H, but better (and boxier)! Big new camera news from Panasonic today! And while it’s not a completely new camera, per se, it’s an intriguing (if not at least unique) new upgraded version of their popular LUMIX S1H. Panasonic has announced a new LUMIX BS1H full-frame box-style mirrorless live and cinema camera, which promises to be the best of both worlds with its compact body and 6K (24p)/5.9K (30p) 10-bit unlimited video recording capability. New Panasonic LUMIX BS1H Obviously set as a “boxier” version of the LUMIX S1H, this new BS1H is set to include all the power of the non-box S1H version with a 24-megapixel full-frame sensor with Dual Native ISO tech and its full-area 6K high-res recording capability.
