Sony recently released a minor firmware update, version 5.01, for the FX6 cinema camera. For those who have already updated to version 5.0, v.5.01 fixes an issue where the audio from CH2 changes when turning the power on while the INPUT2 switch is set to LINE. For those not yet updated to 5.0, all features from that previous update are included in this new release. Let’s have a closer look. This is a minor firmware update that primarily fixes a glitch with one of the audio channels.
