Are all cameras made equally? Of course not. Are many of them so similar that it is hard to distinguish and spot uniqueness? Maybe. Hot on the heels of the FUJIFILM X half announcement, we are asking you guys – which camera brand feels like it’s the most innovative? Which brand is pushing the boundaries the most?”. But before continuing, let’s try and define the word “innovation”. A short Google search and here is what is popping up: “make changes in something established, especially by introducing new methods, ideas, or products”. Google also reminds us that: “Innovation is crucial to the continuing success of any organisation”. OK, now that we’ve cleared that up, let’s think about our beloved camera brand and try to remember the last time it enlightened us with a product or a feature that caused us to loudly say “WOW”. Many moons ago, it was Canon with their 5D Mark II that caused a huge stir when it came up with a Full-Frame DSLR photo camera that could shoot high-quality video. The thing is, there is an emerging generation that does not even remember that spiritual moment. (In this fast-paced world, no finger is pointed at them.) And since then?
