Mike White has always been a fearless writer willing to do anything to keep us on the edge of our seats or to make us laugh, but he's really found his element in The White Lotus, where it feels like anything is possible. This season, one of the heroes of the show is Patrick Schwarzenegger, who is stealing scene after scene as Saxon, the rich finance bro on vacation with his parents and siblings. He spends most of his time at the resort trying to hook up and making protein shakes. Toward the end of the season, the price of getting with the woman he's obsessed with gets steep.
