MID49 has released a new lineup of accessories for rigging the Sony Burano cine camera. Their clever EVF pivot adapter makes it easy to switch from the LCD display to the eyepiece. MID49 released a new top plate, cable extension, and a microphone shock mount. They’ve also demonstrated how the Burano will work with their Cage Nato Side Arm and Baseline 15mm LW bridge plate. Ryan Schorman, president of MID49, demonstrates how this all comes together in their latest video. Cinema cameras typically ship with a bare minimum of accessories. For you to operate efficiently on set, you typically need to add cages, arms, and tripod adapters. These accessories aid you when moving a camera back and forth between handheld or tripod setups.
