DoPchoice SNAPBAG for Astera NYX lightbulbs is a very simple, compact and lightweight accessory that can focus the light beam coming from these bulbs. It comes with a carrying pouch and a quarter grid diffusion screen. Standard lightbulbs are very often used on sets as visible light sources, so-called practicals. It is therefore really helpful if the light coming from these, has a certain quality and its parameters such as brightness and color can be adjusted. That’s why Aputure, Astera, and other manufacturers started producing these wireless lightbulbs for filmmakers. For $105, the NYX light bulb offers an RGBA+ light output equivalent to a standard 60W light bulb and 180° beam spread. Unlike the Aputure B7c, the light bulb from Astera does not have a built-in battery.
