DJI has announced a new lens for Inspire 3, expanding their catalog for the system. With a weight of 269 grams (9.5 oz), the DJI 75mm f/1.8 Telephoto Lens (DL) is a full-frame lens that features the maximum aperture and longest focal length in a DJI lens and is compatible with Zenmuse X9-8K cameras. Let’s take a closer look! DJI continues to expand their ecosystem by completing their product lineup with a range of accessories and lenses. On this occasion, the company launches a medium telephoto lens with an aperture of f/1.8, perfect for aerial low-light shootings and scenarios. The new DJI 75mm f/1.8 has a DL mount and is made for the Inspire 3 cinema drone’s Zenmuse X9-Air gimbal camera, completing the range where the ultra-wide, wide, and standard focal lengths were already covered in the lineup. A first look at the lens The DJI 75mm f/1.8 telephoto lens has an aperture of f/1.8-f/22 and a 55mm filter thread. It has ten elements in nine groups, three extra-low dispersion lenses, and a UMC coating to achieve high contrast and clear images. The company ensures the images produced have high sharpness and minimal chromatic aberration.
