@Vitaliy_Kiselev Yep, certainly does. Its incredibly effecient. :-)

AVC PROFILE/LEVEL INFO:
Theoretical possibilities for the profile Level 5 as found inside the GH3:-
Max decoding speed (over twice the power of the GH2):
Max Frame Size:
Max video bit rate for video coding layer in kbit/s for High Profile level 5:
Examples for high resolution @ highest frame rate (max stored frames in brackets)
Dpb (decoded picture buffer) Info:
Panasonic has just delivered a knockout combination of features in an amazingly compact GH3 two-lens zoom kit. No other manufacturer can match the following list of features at anywhere near the Lumix system's size, weight, and price:
Of all the specs in this list, the only case where Nikon and Canon enjoy a competitive advantage is in offering cameras with >20Mpixel full-frame sensors and/or 14-bit RAW resolution. In addition, it's not yet known how well the GH3 will measure up in dynamic range and noise levels. But regardless of performance specs, Panasonic has hit the prosumer's bullseye with the most flexible hybrid camera yet, armed with the most compact f2.8 3X zooms available.
well if the time comes, the community is only growing.
One interesting, and a little troubling, thing i noticed on a spec sheet was an L burst rate of just 2 photos per second. I thought this seemed a bit low and could suggest some not so great buffer room. I'm sure someone on here can pull off the top of their head how many photos per second the Gh2 shoots on L and I am curious to find out. I thought it shot 4 which would fall in line with the 40 at 4m. I could be wrong though. The GH3 only shoots 20 at 4 m.
No one know this so sure. Same it was with GH2, it required us time to find hard, but working, approach.
VK I hope this ends up ptool capable. Would be stellar and even I (now with a job in my pocket) will be donating. I'll not be, "upgrading," per say, but regardless of a hack I will be buying this as I've been saving my B-cam spot for something special.
700MB of pictures for pixel peepers - see later in topic. Look for mediafire link
Any chance this will come with a firmware update?
Have no idea. We have such questions in interview, hope we'll get answers.
I understand now. Real shame at the lack of 120fps. Really could've been THE selling point of the camera. Any chance this will come with a firmware update? Probably a stupid question, but i'm grasping at straws.
Then what is it? It said it had 40, 45, and 80% slowmotion.
One guy mentioned something about it having highspeed like the "Sony Fs camcorders" (not that I really trust what he has to say.)
do you think the 80% is the 120fps
Nope.
No, it means exactly that is written - it is used for electronic level and automatic photos orientation.
What's this "Orientation sensor - Yes, 3 axis accelerometer" ? Does this mean GH3 has in-camera stabilization?
Wow, don't remember to ever have graded something so nice n easy out of my hacked gh2. Pretty impressed since I just wondered how the compressed mov would hold up.
@aked http://wetransfer.com is good for transferring files up to 2gb, if you can split it into two chunks, you don't need an account for up to 2gb
Update: I just read your post about Dropbox, seems 2gb is the limit on the free services?
Sendspace seems to have 300mb limit unless you pay for a pro account
Dropbox has a limit of 2GB as a free account
Igor made spec comparison table, I am slowly transferring it to wiki here -

it is a 720p version. But vikmeo is only up to 500 MB But it is 47 minutes.
@ Vitaliy Kiselev OK, I try it now. Trying since a few minutes. Still 0% and giving funny rest time information. We will see how it works
@ driftwood. It is an .mp4 file.
Yes would be nice to get a lower rez even 720 vimeo version because it is only a presentation/press conference. Some might prefer the 2.5 gig version but it would be too big for me.
$1300 to pre-order on Amazon http://www.amazon.com/DMC-GH3KBODY-16-05-Camera-3-Inch-OLED/dp/B009B0WREM/ref=reg_hu-rd_add_1_dp
Transcode for youtube to an mp4 derivative. Maybe Dropbox share it as a public downloadable or from a file sharing site. Or as vk says :-)
