    Ouch ,i just read accountability section in the kickstarter FAQ.... no comments... I guess some projects starters learned the list of countries who dont have extradition agreement with united states :p

    I see this not as advantage, but as disadvantage.

    Services like Kickstarter must be banned in their current state, as they do not want to bear any responsibility.
    Projects must require preparing correct business documentation, and binding contracts.

    It is nothing new, as similar mail based services existed in 19th century and had been very liked by scammers.
