On the video Seb Farges posted, the Leica was the clear winner, but hopefully that's not the case anymore and was just due to a weaker prototype. On the GH2, based on these comparisons 3D Kraft posted, the SLR Magic is the clear winner:
Noctilux wide open: http://www.flickr.com/photos/hhackbarth/6963988619/sizes/l/
Cine Hyperprime wide open: http://www.flickr.com/photos/hhackbarth/6963990919/sizes/l/
Much better CA control on the Cine Hyperprime and significantly sharper as well. At 1.4 the Cine Hyperprime still has better CA control and is sharper but, more importantly, the bokeh is much better. The 12 blades of the Hyperprime definitely beat the 9 blades of the Noctilux.

Due to the price of the Cine Hyperprime, I think it competes more with the Voigtlander Nokton 50 F1.1. Check out this review here: http://www.stevehuffphoto.com/2012/02/28/quick-comparison-slr-magic-50-t0-95-vs-voigtlander-50-f1-1-on-the-leica-m9/ The Cine Hyperprime is the definite winner.
I cannot believe this quality. I going to see what I can do to put together enough money to obtain this lens. This is crazy.
Seb Farges posted a comparison between this and a Leica lens. I found the SLR Magic lens to be quite weak but decide yourself: http://personal-view.com/talks/discussion/2613/exclusive-leica-noctilux-f0.95-vs-slr-magic-hyperprime-t0.95-the-movie-on-gh2-/p1
But what he used was the prototype.
£3k :) ouch
