    • Write speeds up to 5000Mb/sec
    • Random read/write IOPS - up to 1000K
    • NVMe 1.3c

    • 7000 MB/s read speed confirmed
    • 5000 MB/s write speed is only to small portion of SLC cache
    • 2000 MB/s real TLC write speed for 1TB model
    • Thermal throttling in writing due to 8.9 W consumption thanks to PCIe controller

New information is that all other models will be actually only on QLC NAN memory now and will offer around 200-400MB/s sustained write speeds contrary to 1700Ms.sec for previous cheap Evo model.

Price with move to QLC memory won't change according to Samsung plans (profits will rise around 40%).
