• Shortages of replacement mainboards already widespread. Some services lack screens. Situation is worse day by day
• Unofficial services who makes repairs can't get components including main Kirin Soc/LSI
• Parts prices can skyrocket by 5-10x times, so any advanced repair price will be more than new phone
• It is unclear if Huawei will have supply of cameras and additional boards and connectors as lot of suppliers also stopped shipments
• Within 3-4 months Huawei can close most of the services and will tighten inspection to be able to reject most clients

This is also why it is important to avoid Z-CAM cameras (who uses main LSI and few other parts made by Huawei that are no longer available).
