sRGB Or AdobeRGB ?

What do you mean here?
As far as I remember AdobeRGB works for stills.
All it differs from sRGB is different coordinates of RGB color triangle vertexes.
If you plan to share your photos and if you have sRGB monitors, use sRGB.
