    Actually not so true... because (a) everybody has them already - hemorrhoids are a normal part of human anatomy, and only become a problem if unusually enlarged, and (b) according to science, "symptomatic hemorrhoids are thought to affect at least 50% of the US population at some time during their lives, and around 5% of the population is affected at any given time." - that's not quite 100%.
