hot shoe help!

I recently got my new samsung s6 to record 4k video and take much nicer pics than my 4s that I had, I want to be able to mount it on my varavon cage as a monitor ect. whats the best/cheapest place to buy a Hot shoe and 1/4 thread adapter so I can mount it with my Joby Phone holder.

Look at smartphone holder, by idea lots of them are on ebay. They usually can be mounted on tripods, to mount on cage you need 1/4"-1.4" male-male screw or such.
