GH4 viewfinder not updating on iso and shutterspeed?

I had this today and Im not sure how to turn this off or on. Camera is on full manual and when i change the iso or shutter speed, the viewfinder does not update accordingly. Any fast help is appreciated. Doinf this from my phone bcs I am on holiday and need to frame the milkyway in high ISO

Already found it myself. Its the constant preview = on option in the menu
