    I believe ASUS also announced a 15" 4k Laptop which sounds like it could be useful for many members of the forum, and makes more sense to me than the transformer thing.

    No, as 100% sRGB coverage does not mean "all perfect". And it is really not so hard today to find monitor that is very close to 100% sRGB and make proper calibration.

    GX500 is also 15.6, 2.2kg weight, with Core i7 processor, 3,840 x 2,160 IPS display.

    It has better GeForce GTX 860M graphics.

    Looks very interesting, but its thinness raises questions. Hopefully they have managed to make cooling better than Apple, as similarly thin MBPs get very hot (and noisy too).

    As I understand it is not 4 core i7, so must work quite ok. With significant cooling noise, I think.

    Today it is fashion and trend that stand behind notebook main parameters. Idiots made thin notes with tiny cooling and awful keyboards. They even started making tablets so thin that it is not handy to hold.
