bit rates max for standard dvd is 8000 so why hack?

I edit in vegas, render to CF avi, transcode in TMPGenc then burn and make menus in DVDA.

your a good egg brian.thanx so much for all your help. i am also starting to think the hacks are a placebo if viewed on anything less than a 55 inch screen lol. i cant see it and ive tested the hell out of it
