"These are the captions I have always dreamed of." This week we spoke with Alison O’Daniel, director of The Tuba Thieves, which premiered at Sundance. O’Daniel is a filmmaker and visual artist. Her work mixes conceptual art practice, narrative storytelling, documentary, and engagement with the deaf and hard-of-hearing communities.
