Gimbals manufacturer Zhiyun has just introduced its latest handheld stabilizer for DSLR/Mirrorless camera: the Zhiyun Crane 2S. The CRANE 2S can take relatively heavy cameras such as the BMPCC 4K/6K, Panasonic LUMIX S1H, and Canon EOS 1DX Mark II. Let’s take a closer look at it! Zhiyun Crane 2S – Built on Legacy Zhiyun has just introduced the Zhiyun Crane 2S, its new single-hand gimbal for DSLR/Mirrorless camera. This new version is based on the success of its predecessor – the Zhiyun Crane 2 – and brings numerous improvements from its big brother, the Zhiyun Crane 3S. For example, the CRANE 2S takes the same three 18650 batteries for a maximum battery life of around 12 hours. But, the CRANE 2S features a new FlexMount System that simplifies the setup process with a double safety mechanism.
