From his stylistic action sequences to his ambitious adaptations, Zach Snyder is one of the most divisive directors in Hollywood. But one thing you can't argue is that the guy loves movies and deeply enjoys making them. Today, I wanted to take you through Snyder's best movies. And we'll even go into what I like about them. Let's dive in. 1. 300As a huge comic book nerd, I was elated when this movie was announced, and then I was even more excited when I finally saw it. this was a revolutionary movie, made with a ton of green screen, CGI, and lots of insane visuals that matched the comic's pages. And it announced Snyder's arrival in Hollywood. 2. WatchmenI genuinely love this adaptation for how closely it sticks to the comic. And I think the change at the end shifting the blame on Dr. Manhattan is actually very inspired in terms of thematic storytelling. The extended edition also has the Black Pirate narrative, which I also think adds some depth. 3. Zach Snyder's Justice LeagueI was really impressed with the scope and scale Snyder managed to depict in this movie. The story did feel like it was about Greek Gods and did feel like it held the entire universe in its balance. It's long, it's bold, and it's unapologetic. that's a Snyder movie. 4.
