There are a few moments when we can watch how great directors direct other great directors. Have you ever wanted to see Robert Altman direct Martin Scorsese and Steve Buscemi before filming a long take? Well, you’re in for a treat. John Frankensteiner posted a short clip on his Twitter of Altman, Scorsese, and Buscemi all gathered around a table in 2004 rehearsing a scene for the four-part miniseries Tanner on Tanner. Some of you might recognize this video because it was uploaded to YouTube a while back, but has been deleted for unknown reasons.
