Viltrox has just released a new lens mount adapter that allows you to use Sony E-Mount lenses on Nikon Z cameras with autofocus capabilities: the Viltrox E-Z AF lens mount adapter. The adapter supports lens and in-body image stabilization, transmits EXIF data to your camera, and, of course, allows you to control your aperture directly in the camera. So, let’s take a closer look at it! Viltrox is a Chinese company that started in the photography and filmmaking industry by making lens mount adapters in 2009. After gaining some success, the company started releasing other products such as LED video lights and monitors, but more importantly, lenses for multiple camera mounts, including Sony E-Mount, FUJIFILM X-mount, Nikon Z-mount, and Canon RF-mount. The company recently started making cinema lenses, such as the EPIC T2.0 1.33x Full-Frame anamorphic cine lens series and the massive LUNA 42-420mm T5.6 Large-Format cine zoom.
