Who is allowed to yell at who on set? Last night, news broke that Tom Cruise had been recorded yelling at a few crew members on the set of the new Mission: Impossible movie. This was not a rant over being handed a sweaty Diet Coke or someone setting up lights, but a full-blown plea from him for certain members of the crew to take COVID-19 seriously. There are lots of protocols on set and when he saw some being shirked, he feared they would be shut down. The actor can be heard yelling, "I see you do it again, you're f---ing gone!" The Mission: Impossible movie has already been delayed once because of a COVID outbreak, so I understand Cruise's concern and desire for this movie to keep people employed and keep people shooting.
