This New Samyang 14mm Wide Angle Lens Is Aimed At Nikon Shooters

Samyang introduces first Nikon F mount autofocus lens for videographers and photographers. With Photokina but a month away, camera and lens news is piling up. Canon is said to be releasing the EF 400mm f/2.8L IS III USM, Panasonic could be showing off its new Lumix LX100 II, Sony might launch its FE 24mm f/1.4 GM and a6500 successor, the a6700... The biggest confirmed news is from Nikon. The company will be announcing two new mirrorless cameras, the Z6 and Z7 along with new Z-Nikkor lenses, on August 23 via live stream. Nikon has been rolling out teaser videos for several weeks now and its fifth one dropped yesterday. While rumored, this latest video confirms both mirrorless cameras will be compatible with older Nikon F mount lenses. Samyang, which is distributed in the U.S. under Rokinon, announced a new AF 14mm F2.8 full frame lens for Nikon F mount cameras.
