SWIT has introduced a lineup of USB-C dummy battery accessories aimed at simplifying camera power in the field. The new range includes dummy batteries for Sony NP-FZ100 and Canon LP-E6 platforms, a dual-output NP-F dummy, and a compact USB-C to D-tap converter. The goal is to provide streamlined power delivery using USB-C PD or D-tap sources. This helps cut down on bulky bricks and messy cable runs, especially for mirrorless rigs, livestream setups, or mobile productions. As more cameras and monitors adopt USB-C, powering gear efficiently without juggling battery swaps or wall outlets becomes more practical. SWIT’s new accessories are built to take advantage of that shift. They offer regulated voltage and work with lots of USB-C power sources. Handy for mobile or location-based setups.
