SWIT has recently released a new 90W bi-color LED strip light: the SWIT PL-E90L. This slim fixture is 0.5 x 3ft long, it can be powered via a single V-Mount/Gold Mount battery, and has a claimed CRI/TLCI of 99. Let’s take a closer look at this powerful and versatile LED light! SWIT is a long-established manufacturer known for creating high-quality batteries like their recent B-Mount product lineup, wireless video transmitters, on-camera monitors, and LED lights. This robust light is mainly made of metal, including the two removable metal barndoors, so it is on the heavy side at 4.9kg/8.8lbs. However, the metal construction helps with heat dissipation, while the fixture is fanless. And, the light comes with a rotatable light stand connector to securely mount it to a light stand. Image credit: SWIT The PL-E90L is a 90W LED light that can go from 2700K to 6500K. On the inside, 480 edge-mounted SMD-LEDs give you an output of 2000 Lux at 1 meter, according to the manufacturer.
