SLR Magic MicroPrime CINE 17mm T/1.5 and 35mm T/1.5 Announced

Lens manufacturer SLR Magic just announced two new lenses compatible with MFT mirrorless cameras: the SLR Magic MicroPrime CINE 17mm T/1.5 and 35mm T/1.5. These MicroPrimes CINE lenses are fully manual, they have industry-standard 0.8mm pitch gears on the focus plus aperture rings, and they are pretty lightweight at around 630/600g, respectively. SLR Magic MicroPrime CINE 17mm T/1.5 – Features One year after the announcement of the 21mm T/1.6 and 50mm T/1.4, SLR Magic continues to expand its MicroPrime CINE lineup with the addition of the SLR Magic MicroPrime CINE 17mm T/1.5 and 35mm T/1.5. The 17mm T/1.5 is close to being an equivalent to a 35mm on a Full Frame sensor and should be a nice go-to prime for cinema applications. This fully manual lens has a micro four-thirds lens mount with an image circle of 32mm, making it compatible with cameras such as the Blackmagic Pocket Cinema Camera 4K, Panasonic GH5/GH5s, and so on.
