Sennheiser Profile Wireless Audio Single-Channel System Released & 32-bit Float Firmware Update

Following the recent introduction of its two-channel Profile Wireless system, Sennheiser has now released a streamlined version tailored specifically for solo creators — the Profile 1-Person Clip-On Wireless Audio System. The launch comes alongside a much-requested firmware update that adds 32-bit float recording to both single- and dual-channel sets, giving creators significantly more flexibility and confidence in challenging audio environments. Built on the same platform as the dual-transmitter version, the new 1-person Profile Wireless kit offers creators a more affordable entry point into professional-grade wireless audio, while retaining key features like 32-bit float internal recording, dual-channel receiver compatibility, and Sennheiser’s signature sound quality. It’s basically the same system, minus the case and the second transmitter. The Sennheiser Profile Wireless can also be used to create a wireless boom, here in combination with an MKE 400 mini-shotgun mic. Existing users can easily enable this via a free download.
