IBC 2025 is behind us, and with a CineD record of 49(!) interviews, we are very pleased with the interest you showed in the content we published (and continue to publish) during and after the show. That said, what we’d love to know most is: which camera announcement excited you the most at the show? Nikon, with their aggressively priced ZR 6K cinema camera (interview here), Canon with their shiny EOS C50 (review here, and show interview here), next to Pixboom, a Chinese company promising to shake the world of high frame rate recording with a new, affordable (comparing to others), 4K 1000fps, S35 BSI global sensor shutter camera (interview here, and the succseful Kickstarter campaign here) were all showing off their offerings at the show. By the way, all three companies received a CineD Best-of-Show Award, as we are confident that these cameras will conquer the hearts of many filmmakers. Last but not least, FUJIFILM finally shared full details of their upcoming large format GFX ETERNA 55 camera (interview here, and sample footage and interview with Oren Soffer, DP, coming soon). Based on short films shot with this camera, we are convinced that the GFX ETERNA 55 will excel in producing great footage. But how was it for you? Which camera announcement impressed you the most? And out of genuine curiosity — if you could, which camera would you add to your arsenal? This poll uses JavaScript.
