I got multiple emails about a recent response from Nikon UK/EU support indicating that the Nikon AF-S NIKKOR 500mm f/5.6E PF ED VR lens is already discontinued (click for larger view): I personally don’t believe this is the case, since the 500mm f/5.6 PF lens is one of the best-selling lenses Nikon ever produced.
