Nanlux introduced the new Evoke 900C, a 940W LED RGBLAC spotlight with a CCT range of 1800-20,000K, multiple color modes, adjustable green and magenta, and an output of 12,940 lux at 3m/10ft. The spotlight will be available in three different kits with different accessories and flight cases, starting with the travel kit for $4,660. We had the chance to meet with Ron Sill from Nanlux on the floor of the NAB 2023 to hear about the Evoke 900C. Let’s have a closer look. LED light fixtures around 900W are rare, sitting right between the 600W and the larger 1200W lights. Evoke 900C – Source: CineD Nanlux Evoke 900C – features Chinese lighting manufacturer Nanlux introduced the first full-color LED spotlight that uses the RGBLAC technology, which means it features six different types of LED chips: Red, Green, Blue, Lime, Amber and Cyan. The Evoke 900C is purported to have a CRI/TLCI of over 96, an SSI at 5,600K of 73, and an SSI at 3,200K of 81. It has a CCT range from 1,800K to 20,000K, with plus and minus green and magenta adjustments of 200.
