MUTINY have extended their mounting options for their NANO and NANO+ IO Port Expanders with a dedicated BP plate mount. It allows users to mount a tiny breakout box directly to the back of the RED KOMODO’s body. American manufacturer MUTINY offers a whole range of accessories built around RED’s camera ecosystem, including the V-RAPTOR IO Port Expander, a power module for the KOMODO, as well as micro recording buttons and a standard breakout box that are compatible with both cameras. Moreover, they are the creators of the world’s two smallest I/O expanders for RED KOMODO and V-RAPTOR – NANO and NANO+. With the new dedicated BP plate mount, these modules are now getting a minor, but very welcome add-on, especially for gimbal users. So let’s take a quick look!
