I am sure many of you have missed my original post about the new Nikon XQD memory cards: Nikon is going to start selling their own XQD memory cards for the Nikon D5/D500/D850/Z6/Z7 cameras. It is not clear if the new XQD cards are just rebranded Sony, Lexar or Delkin cards. Two different Nikon XQD memory cards will be available: 64 GB and 120 GB. The write speed is 400 MB/s, while the read speed is 440MB/s. Shipping will start in September. The new Nikon XQD memory cards are already listed for sale at the official Nikon store in Japan: Nikon XQD memory card 64GB (MC-XQ64G): 17,820 yen (tax included) or around $160 Nikon XQD memory card 120GB (MC-XQ120G): 29,160 yen (tax included) or around $260 There is no word on US or European pricing or availability.
