Last we heard, Mindhunter season three was dead. So what happened? I miss these serial killer hunters on Netflix. The show Mindhunter was a dark look into the investigation of true crime. We met the show's version of serial killers like Ed Kemper and Manson, heard actual testimony, but never got to solve the ongoing BTK story. The first seasons of the show kept us on the edge of our seats as we dug into FBI procedure, personal problems, and families. The show ended when Netflix and David Fincher left it in limbo, unsure where it would go from here. Series leads Jonathan Groff, Holt McCallany, and Anna Torv were released from their contracts, and it seems like that spelled the end for the series. Well, according to a report from GamesRadar, that limbo might have dissolved. Fincher has a new deal with Netflix and brought them Academy Award nominations for Mank.
