LumaFusion's 2.4 update adds support for new iPhone 12 features. It was only a few months ago when Luma Touch introduced version 2.3 of LumaFusion, an intuitive mobile video editor that allows filmmakers to create multi-track projects on Apple's iPads and iPhones. Now, the company has released version 2.4, which adds support for new features found on the iPhone 12. In the update, LumaFusion adds full HDR support with 10-bit processing as well as support for HEVC transparency and an improved chroma and luma keyer that includes automatic color detection, mask display, and better erosion and spill suppression controls. The latter are useful tools for when you need to clean up green screen footage and other effects-laden sequences. With iPhone 12 featuring Dolby Vision HDR, the addition of HDR support on LumaFusion is great. The app is capable of creating projects in HLG, PQ, P3, and Rec.709 10-bit color spaces.
