This blog has been long established in the camera industry. For 12 years I have travelled the world to bring you the latest on mirrorless cameras from a filmmaker’s point of view. I hope you found EOSHD useful. Unlike the bevy of commercial rival sites, EOSHD never carried paid advertising – this was an intentional decision, to focus on giving as much room as possible to my own content and filmmaking, instead of focussing on advertisers and sponsors. It has only been possible to keep EOSHD free from outside influence, pop-ups, trackers and banners for 12 years due to income from my Shooter’s Guides and EOSHD Pro Color / C-LOG also sold really well. Now however, new ideas and products are needed but due to personal reasons after 12 years I really can’t face it any more – putting so much of my life into EOSHD – enough is enough.
